• 6 Bottoms items
• 10 Home Linen items

Once we itemise your order at our facility, the bundle pricing will apply automatically ‐ no coupon or selection needed.

If you provide fewer than the required number of items (e.g. 9 shirts instead of 10), the regular per-item pricing will apply for those garments.

Absolutely! Any extra items above the bundle count will still be charged at the same bundle rate per item ‐ so the more you add, the more value you get.

No need. Just book your pickup and hand over your laundry. We'll itemise everything at our facility, apply eligible bundle pricing, and show you the final bill in your app before delivery.

Yes! Use the "Add to Cart" feature in the Piing! App to get an instant cost estimate based on your selected items and bundles. It's optional but helpful if you want a price preview.

Yes. Once your clothes are itemised, your full bill will be available in the app before delivery. A detailed invoice will also be emailed to you after your order is completed.

Each bundle is category-specific:

• Tops Bundle: Any 10 tops (shirts, T-shirts, polos, blouses)
• Bottoms Bundle: Any 6 bottoms (pants, jeans, skirts, etc.)
• Home Linen Bundle: Any 10 items (bedsheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.)

You can't mix categories within one bundle (e.g., 5 shirts + 5 trousers), but you can book multiple bundles in the same order.

Just leave a note in the app during booking, or hand a note to your Piingo at pickup. We'll ensure your instructions reach the cleaning team.

Yes! You can mix and match freely in a single pickup ‐ we'll sort and price accordingly. Example:

We'll apply bundle rates, standard Dry Cleaning charges, and weight‐based pricing for Wash & Fold ‐ all reflected clearly in your final bill.

Not at all. Every item ‐ whether it's part of a bundle or not ‐ receives the same professional-grade cleaning, pressing, and attention to detail.
